RETURN & REFUND

Return Policy:

a) Defective/Damaged Products: Customers can return the product within 3 days* from the date of delivery if the product is defective, damaged or not as described. *You have to provide proof(Video clip , Images or both) of the above mention issue.

b) Incorrect Product Delivered: Customers can return the product within 3 days* from the date of delivery if the incorrect product has been delivered. You have to provide proof(Video clip , Images or both) of the above mention issue, and packing of the product should be as new, and not to be damaged or opened.

c) Change of Mind: In the case of change of mind, customers can request to cancel the order before the order is delivered (Under Processing stage). However, the return policy may be subject to certain conditions such as the product should be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and tags.

Refund Policy:

a) Defective/Damaged Products: In case of a defective, damaged or not as described product, the customer can opt for a refund or a replacement.

b) Incorrect Product Delivered: In case of an incorrect product delivered, the customer can opt for a refund or a replacement.

c) Change of Mind: In case of a change of mind, the customer can opt for a refund. However, the refund policy may be subject to certain conditions such as the product should be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and tags.

Refund Process:
a) Refund will be initiated once the returned product has been received and verified by the seller.

b) The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment (e.g., bank account, credit card, etc.) within 7-14 business days from the date of approval of refund.

c) In case of replacement, the seller will initiate the replacement process once the returned product has been received and verified.However, the return policy may be subject to certain conditions such as the product should be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and tags.

Exceptions:
a) Products that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

b) Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to their nature (e.g.,High Value Product, Softwares, etc.).

c) The seller reserves the right to refuse a return or refund request if the customer does not comply with the conditions mentioned in the return policy.

It is advisable to clearly communicate the return and refund policy to the customers on the website, along with the terms and conditions, to avoid any confusion or disputes.
